Rotator cuff, slap tear, and bicep tendon all in the same surgery

The trifecta of doom for shoulder surgeries. The pain and discomfort was immense and I had to live/sleep in a lazy boy for months.

I've done both of my ACLs and have had numerous knee cleanup surgeries. None of them hold a candle to that particular shoulder surgery.
