Posterior shoulder dislocation (aka opposite of a typical dislocation)

Worst pain I’ve ever felt that lasted hours because the ER doctors had never seen a posterior dislocation and didn’t know what they were looking at or what to do. Then 6 weeks of the ‘gunslinger’ sling which was awkward to lug around.
