that quickly. I’ve had several family members and friends deal with this. 2 months of training won’t overcome 6 weeks of atrophy that results from being non-weight bearing. The leg is too far gone.

Same with ACL’s. Those with no meniscus stitching come back way before those that do.

I’d love to be wrong if they do need to stitch it but I’ve never seen it.
