First meniscectomy was a breeze - did deep knee bends that same evening,
and was hiking in Rocky Mtn National Park 2 weeks later.
All depends I suppose on how much is removed.
My 2nd one included a repair, and while I was on an overseas plane flight 5 days later, it has been slower.
And add 30 years to Zach's age...
