Lots of simple lean meats
Sirloin
White fish (unbreaded)
Salmon
Canned or packet tuna. Just eat it straight.
Grilled chicken
Lots you can do with cans of chicken breast from Costco. I like to shred it and add some taco spice. You can still eat it plan but also good for grilled quesadilla.

And have a Greek yogurt every day.

And of course lots of protein bars.
