you apply to the school. I didn't apply for my major until I had been in school for a couple years. It's been that way at least since the early 2000s when I did it.

It's easier in general to just transfer to BYU then to get in as a freshman

It’s just like football though, if the program wants you they can get you in. My wife was admitted to BYU two weeks
