Since they wanted oboes. He did it for one year at BYU and then changed his major to microbiology, which was his intention all along.

Granted his grades were not bad, just as competitive as anyone else.

It's easier in general to just transfer to BYU then to get in as a freshman

It’s just like football though, if the program wants you they can get you in. My wife was admitted to BYU two weeks
