My wife heard this in an English linguistics class at the Y. In a rural Utah gas station, a teenage cashier is standing, bored, when a masked man runs in with a gun and a bag. He thrusts the bag forward at the startled cashier and commands, "Fill the bag!"

The confused cashier reaches out a tentative hand and rubs the cloth of the bag. The robber yells, "are you kidding me?!" And runs out of the store.
