low block but whiff. I mean is it a hold if you try to hold but fail to hold? Or a false start if your brain told your body to move early but your body didn’t actually move until the snap? I am joking but really if you tried to low block a dude and he just dodged you it doesn’t seem like you can call the attempted low block as a penalty. Forgetting that the play should have been dead anyway.
