Maybe thrombectomy, but that’s usually a pretty quick decision.
Like they said above- PT/OT, speech. If she has any new deficits, talk with therapy or a rehab Dr about inpatient rehab. That’s where people can get the most aggressive/intense rehab.

Sad thing about strokes is if you are not a candidate for immediate TPA therapy there isn’t anything else you can really
