Good point. The interventional radiologists where I work rarely if ever consider someone a candidate for thrombectomy
and there are very few interventional neurologists in my state so I don’t have a lot of experience with stroke patients getting thrombectomies

Sad thing about strokes is if you are not a candidate for immediate TPA therapy there isn’t anything else you can really
