I did them in residency and fellowship. Not currently.
Though one of my hospitals is trying to get us to start taking stroke coverage. Although they said they weren’t anticipating paying us more to take on the extra burden of stroke call on top of our already busy IR call. SMH.

Sad thing about strokes is if you are not a candidate for immediate TPA therapy there isn’t anything else you can really
