You need talent and you need coaching
Coaching multiplies talent. A guy with 10 talent without coaching stays at a 10. A guy with 10 talent and 10 coaching gets multiplied. What you are suggesting means that coaches don’t do anything. If a coach can’t take a good player and make him better, why do we have position coaches?
