Whatever problems that exist with the program are always the fault of an assistant coach on the staff but never Kalani’s
fault.
Kalani has the best gig in America. Makes several million a year, anything that goes wrong with his program is someone else’s fault, the things that go right — he’s responsible for.
If changes need to be made, it’s by getting rid of others and not personally taking responsibility with the direction of the program that 99% of other programs head coaches make the decisions on.
Just wave and dance as head coach at byu and you’ll be adequately protected from all blame.
