I've led large teams before. I was accountable for the outcomes produced by
my teams. When members of my staff weren't up to the task, I coached them up, and if that didn't work, I made changes to the team (including firing people). Isn't that what Kalani is doing here? Is he somehow denying that wins/losses are his ultimate accountability? If Holmoe decides that Kalani's leadership/culture is the core issue, then Kalani should be replaced. But the fans don't get to decide that (except for a few very rich ones who donate $$)
