I have a quibble, Lamb did have scheme deciding authority, he was in
charge of the game plans until Sitake took over midseason.
game plans are a collaborative effort from film study, but Lamb has been in charge of game plans for several years now, Tuiaki has been calling plays until Sitake took that over too, but anyone familiar with coaching knows that games plans are your scheme, and are what you base your practices on for game prep, I don't know how you can absolve Lamb from the scheme with that responsibility, it was his scheme the whole time.
