If Jaren can do the same thing by coming back, solidifying his place among BYU greats somehow by leading the team into the Big 12, then he could do what Jimmer does and leverage next season (I suspect) for the rest of his life. If Jaren can be a 1st round pick, that's life changing money and BYU support (now and into the future) likely can't compete. But if he's not at that level. Stay at BYU, get the NIL now, and go the Jimmer route and look to become a BYU icon.
