I don’t think he’s currently playing in China, and even if he is, he seems to make his way back to Provo frequently. To his credit, he has remained top of mind among BYU fans. I would think that would open doors for him, should he want it. The longer Jaren stays, and assuming he’s successful, the more likely Jaren can do something similar.
