Basically you have three types of QBs drafted
First and second rounders are face of the franchise, QB of the future types
Third round picks very rarely end up going on QBs
4th and 5th rounders go to guys who are seen as likely depth/backups (though of course there's some chance they over perform and get a bigger role)
6th, 7th rounders and UDFA are either lesser versions of the above (depth types without the potential upside, think Gardner Minshew in the best case) OR toolsy projects that probably won't stick but you want to take a look at the upside.
For me, Hall falls strongly in that 4th, 5th round type. He's a good one of that, so I'd guess 4th, but at that point it depends so much on who is drafting and what they need that I wouldn't be too surprised to see him anywhere in those rounds.
