Its a pretty universal concept that you don't hire friends and family...

because it ruins relationships or makes it difficult if you have to fire them. I mean people on CB have pointed out years ago that Tuiaki needed to go, it was pretty obvious and yet he didn't get rid of him. The dilemma was there. I am not saying he is an idiot, but he hasn't made the most wise decisions in the past so forgive me if I am not giving him the benefit of the doubt in this situation.
