I had no idea this had happened until the bishop mentioned Garrett briefly in one meeting. I googled it later that day and it broke my heart. Apparently they were fishing, Garrett says he's all done and wants to go back to camp which was less than 100 yards away. Dad wraps up a little later and walks back to camp. Tons of people around so he doesn't notice that Garrett isn't there. Figures he is running around somewhere. Starts to ask around and can't find him. Kid was around 12. Went missing in that 100 yards somewhere. Something must have got his attention and by the time he was done looking into it he couldn't find the trail, campsite, or lake.
