Just need to get Washington and Oregon to give up their dreams.  That's why there are affairs and divorces, because some people have a hard time giving up their dreams and stopping their eyes from wandering.

UW and UO staying in the slimmed down PAC makes a ton of objective sense, but so does staying in a logistically practical marriage.

Let's see if UW and UO sign on the dotted line and give up their dreams.  They haven't been asked to sign yet, and the PAC is smart enough to delay any ultimatum that will/may be rejected.

Yes, Utah will definitely be invited to the B12 if the PAC blows up.  It's a certainty ... like how it's a certainty that UW and UO will stay in the PAC.
