There's some validity to this; the players they moved from QB are Paul Kruger, Chase Hansen and now Jaquinden Jackson
Among players that specifically wanted a shot at QB. Kruger had a long NFL career and Hansen is having himself a sustained NFL career. Jackson is obviously still at Utah but seems to be doing well at RB.
At this point, Utah and Kyle Whittingham probably get more benefit of the doubt from prospects when they decide to move them
That said, I doubt Isaac Wilson is open (at all) to moving positions at this point

Not sure why ANY QB would want to play for the utes. Not like they have a pipeline to the NFL or anything.
