True, but I'm guessing that most successful coaches have a history of this
But to your point, yes Utah has done this successfully. However, imagine the kind of career Steve Young would have had if would have been less stubborn and just listened to his coaches and switched from QB to safety. I guess we'll never know, lol.

Not sure why ANY QB would want to play for the utes. Not like they have a pipeline to the NFL or anything.
