It’s not so much the skipping a meal for me as I am just not hungry in the
morning. I’m also not even very hungry for lunch. I usually eat 500 to 600 calories for lunch and then 1500 to 2000 for dinner. Works for me. I was doing this before Intermittent fasting was a thing.
