As to your other post, i do 19/5s which means I eat only from 3-8 pm. I keep my calorie count under 1600 generally.
It's worked excellent for me, and i would highly recommend it even if its sole purpose is to limit opportunities for calorie intake.
But yeah, there are tons of studies saying it is incredibly beneficial, and not just because of calorie reduction.
To each their own, man. It has worked very well for me and I've lost a bunch of weight on it.
