I have read those studies, I have also read studies like the OP referenced that
say it does nothing. The research on it is very mixed. So you really can't say with any confidence that intermittent fasting does what you say it does. In fact, I've read studies that say skipping meals actually not only doesn't work, it does the opposite of what you claim, and slows down your metabolism. So which study are you going to believe? It sounds like for you, it is the one that already reinforced your previous positions.
