Course that your caloric intake is less than your TDEE. Intermediate fasting took off as a diet fad, however simply allowing your body to rest, heal and recover while sleeping actually causes you to release more weight than if you eat just before bedtime thus putting your body in a situation where it has to digest food while you sleep vs heal and recover.

Not difficult to understand, but I'm sure someone wasted lots of time and energy and maybe someone else's money creating a study to prove it doesn't work.
