this is probably true. E on E violence usually. NCOs treating Jr enlisted like
garbage.
Your typical O can bypass that buffoonery and call up the Lt and have him/her unscrew his/her situation.
Also, finance generally are just straight screwing up because they don't know what they're doing. I've been working a combat pay issue for three months. Was denied at the command level because some tech there didn't know where a certain location was on a map.
An email to the local finance Lt unscrewed that situation pronto.
This was a lever that a typical Jr E can't (or won't) pull. That's on the NCOs.
