That’s pretty much how I feel most of the time when I call customer service.
Automated menus, multiple hang ups, talking to people that have no power to solve my problem.
I’ve never gotten quite that angry but I can understand what probably got her there. I was pretty close to that with Ticketmaster on Taylor Swift day.
