How I feel dealing with Xfinity, the worst of the worst
I'm nearing the end of a weeks long negotiation with Xfinity. I probably would have been better off just paying the bill when they doubled it. But it's a matter of principal.

Once again I wasted hours and dealing with a stream of barely English speaking customer service agents. Finally I called their bluff and just cancelled. A couple of days later the good agent called and offered the "promotional rate" if I would reinstate my service. So I agreed. But they are actually billing me a higher rate. Obviously they are liars who cannot be trusted. So I've got to call them again and get what was offered. Won't be easy.

They make you go thru a process starting online which is just a runaround waste of time. Got to get a real person on the line and it has to be the customer retention dept to get anywhere. Terrible company to deal with. I don't get mad at them though, no point.
