regular calls with their fraud department over two checks from one of our clients.
For whatever reason, they cleared the checks from our client's bank, put the funds in our account, then froze those funds until they could verify the 'maker of the check'.
I won't bore you with all the details, but I felt like the lady in this video. (I never got that bad, but I can almost understand how it happens)
Long story short: They finally found in their 'system' where 'someone' had actually authorized payment but accidentally flagged it for fraud.
Maddening.
