I don't know much about sleep. Does that mean I can sleep less if I have good deep sleep? I'd love to only sleep 6 hours a night, but I don't want to jeopardize my health or workout recovery time. Please lmk if you know.
Also, does Oura fudge numbers to make users feel special? I don't even know how accurate it all is.
