Nope. As long as they submit the request with the required notice I want
I don't give a rat's behind what they're doing. If they want to volunteer that information, that's up to them.

If they ask for time off with less notice than required, I would ask why they need the time off and depending on the answer and depending on what my staffing level is that day approve or deny the request.
