I know you have been beaten up over this, but this isn't your duty
But I feel it actually is my duty to the company to make sure PTO is not being abused as just free time away from work during normal work hours.


It isn't your business until someones performance is affected by excessive absence and even then, you would have to tread very lightly with the discussion.
