Inflation should overcome downward pressure on real estate in the next 10 years.
Population growth is definitely a long term concerns although less in Utah and popular areas. If you have a single family that wasn't way over your budget with a good interest rate you should be fine.

If you have a townhouse, stacked condo, vacation rental or are in an area seeing population decline north east and mid west there is a lot more risk
