777 Living Rent Free In CB Heads

This all depends on the SFH. It has to have the amenities. I've seen many young

families opt for less space and new appliances than more space and an older home. Doesn't make sense to me but I'm old school. These millennials families however really value "brand new" more than space and a yard. I've seen more SFH sit much longer on the rental market if it's not completely updated. But I also live in an area with older homes.
