It's been reported there's escalator clauses in the new TV deal...
I would be very surprised if there isn't a very specific list of teams that trigger those clauses (ie, they're not going to escalate for Memphis and Boise), and if degree of escalation isn't dependent on the teams added. No way Yormark negotiated a flat increase per team when it's readily apparent how much more valuable UO and UW would be over ASU and CU, for example.
Whether UO and UW would still be worth more than other PAC schools if they refused to sign a GOR... That's a tougher question.
