They have alpha players. Santa Clara had like 3 guys who were ready to have the ball in their hands, be aggressive and take control of that game if they needed. LMU also has 3 of those kids and so does USF.

We were lucky to beat Pepperdine.

Are we underperforming this year? Or are the teams ahead of us overperforming? Probably a combination of both.

And, you are absolutely correct. We will be last in B12 for several years. Who is going to be behind us?
