Any facts about the comparable B12 offer? Or is this from so long ago that

nobody really knows and just assuming or being reported to help them feel better about themselves?

With some presidents stating they have not seen any contract numbers someone is fudging the info some where (those saying $31M was offered and those saying nothing has been received...).
