What that means is that they would need to hire all of the people, maintain all of the studios, pay all of the travel costs and deal with all the personnel costs.
That is the hard dollar cost. That would need to be subtracted from the total. The estimate of that cost is $80-$100 million per year.
The reason why this proposal hasn’t been excepted already is that it ends up being the same number basically as the ESPN Amazon combo with less visability and reach. 20 to 23,000,000.
