Thats terrible and I think it is going to be worse as the snow melts and the

gound gets more saturated. We had this problem in an old former neighborhood. Houses were more like boats. You could dig 2 feet down and water everywhere. Wet winters brought super saturated soils and flooded basements. Lots of new neighborhoods are going to have problems, especially new ones.
