it were strategically placed at the lowest home would probably funnel the liquid from the whole neighborhood. Not necessarily easy to put in because the water has to have an exit to the sewer or a drain line or something. We have a sump pump and just replaced it. Its pretty deep and right now it is insane how much water comes into the hole when the water level drops to where the water entrance is. Its like a large hose on high.
