12-hour clock

By definition you're trying to use, you'd be saying that at precisely noon (12:00:00) it's AM, but at 12:00:01 it's PM

Most countries use the 24 hour clock. Avoids all confusion. 0000 is not 1200

A lot of countries use 24 hour clocks, so try clarifying that it's 12:00, not 0:00
