I don't hate this, but if we're spending $4-5B then I think

they should put the new stadium and athletics complex where the existing track and Helaman halls are use the Provo High track for the new track and field. Then move Helaman Halls to where the provo high school sits and the current IPF parking is. Then you keep the stadiums all next to each other and have an athletic complex close to where the majority of the athletes are at.
