I guess we will see. But the first thing I would do if I was Portland is find a way to offload Nurkic who I don't think is competent enough offensively to play for his poor defense (he is a good post player, but bad shooter). A team with Grant (assuming he resigns) Markkanen, Lillard and Simons is going to kill you from the 3 point line. They would at least be interesting and have a chance to win.
