Hard to say. Depends on what other reclamation projects Ainge can find for cheap and how well he can draft.
If he could get Collins from the Hawks cheap since Collins has had a couple of down years and get him back playing like he did 3 yrs ago, and find a top PG in the draft by packaging some assets, then maybe the Jazz could contend.
I think Collins, playing like he did 3 yrs ago would be an excellent fit. Kuminga would likely be a good fit too since he doesn't fit Curry, Klay, and Green's timeline either so maybe GSW would like to kick their rebuild can down the road with picks this year or in the future.

This would be a good move for Utah in my opinion. I really like Markkanen the player, but the Jazz timeline doesn't
