Nothing will ever be presented because there is nothing satisfactory for all parties to agree on. Sure Kliavkoff and the executive committee have offers, but no agreement will be reached and a deal papered if the Presidents are not united in what they want. The actual deal is a formality; not a consensus. Eventually one school, or even a few together, will lose patience and seek certainty elsewhere resulting in a death spiral of the conference. All have procrastinated making a decision and will finally do so only when it appears there are no viable options for the conference. That time is drawing nigh.
