that is changing with new NCAA rule changes, OV's are happening earlier & HS
kids are doing many more spring OV's than the past, and especially the higher rated ones are committing earlier, 38% of 4/5* are already committed, and then signing in the early period in Dec, and enrolling early at much higher rates, it has shifted the HS top end signing classes forward almost a full 6 months from the recruiting cycles of the past 40 years.

It is common knowledge that high school recruiting for the c/o '24 isn't a huge priority right now for a lot of colleges
