Thanks for your advice. There’s no doubt I’ve done my share of introspection and I’ve certainly found myself lacking in some areas. Tbh, this has been a good experience in the sense that it has caused me to refine how I approach coaching kids, managing people at work and parenting.

Great advice about jumping clubs, especially as a young kid. Now is the time to do that. And no club or coach is perfect. So going to a different club to find a perfect situation will mean we’ll always be disappointed, because the perfect situation doesn’t exist.
